Digital Mental Health & Wellbeing Programmes

"The relief of seeing her so much happier is great"

ISPCC's Digital Mental Health and Wellbeing Programmes provide accessible online support for young people experiencing mental health challenges, and for parents and carers supporting their child's wellbeing. Evidence informed and guided throughout, these programmes help participants build coping skills, strengthen emotional wellbeing and develop practical strategies in a safe, flexible and child centred environment.
