Setting the standards that guide how we work.

Internal Policies

Our internal policies outline how ISPCC works, makes decisions and upholds the highest standards of care, professionalism and governance. They support our staff, volunteers and partners, and ensure that the protection, wellbeing and rights of children and young people remain central to everything we do.

Complaints

If you or your child are getting help and support from the ISPCC and you are unhappy with the service, an ISPCC staff member or a volunteer, then you have the right to make a complaint.

Safeguarding

Under the Children First Act 2015, providers of 'relevant services' must prepare a Child Safeguarding Statement, outlining their services and measures to protect children from harm. ISPCC’s statement is available for download and displayed in our offices across Ireland.
